The col­le­gi­al model of orga­ni­sa­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment is an evo­lu­tio­na­ry approach which – in con­trast to other pro­ces­ses of chan­ge – may nevert­hel­ess have revo­lu­tio­na­ry effects.
